With more than 30 years in private and public sector work, Ms. Kettlewell’s diverse business background offers a wide range of skills and expertise to RGM and Associates. Most pertinent, Ms. Kettlewell oversees the daily operations of the Labor Compliance Team including maintaining open communication between project owners and public entities, facilitating payroll audits, and ensuring compliance from start to end. Ms. Kettlewell is proficient in administering compliance with the Davis-Bacon Act and the policy established by the California Code of Regulations and the Labor Code; she is practiced and efficient in assessing compliance issues and identifying violations that may require enforcement. In 2000, Judy joined RGM and Associates, as a Construction Administrator and has assisted on several large construction projects, including four (4) multi-prime projects. She handles all daily tasks, such as, tracking ASI’s, RFI’s, Preliminary Notices, and submittals for the projects; maintains budgets, reviews proposed change orders and prepares final change orders for distribution, monitors the progress of the Project and conformance to the contract documents; reviews and processes vendor and consultant’s invoices/payment applications and tracks Contractor and Subcontractor waivers.

After graduating High School in 2007, Jamie entered into the healthcare industry and obtained her EKG Technician Certification from the National Health Career Association. During her externship with Kaiser Permanente she was given the opportunity to change careers and entered into the construction industry. Jamie was hired as a receptionist for RGM in the Concord office. She immediately began assisting Project Managers with their administrative work. Shortly after, Jamie was given a promotion and moved to the Antioch office where she began work as the Administrative Assistant, working with the Antioch Unified School District. Some of Jamie’s responsibilities entail, drafting and distributing bid documents and contracts, maintaining project logs and working closely with the School District to review and process vendor/consultant billings.

Nick Malve completed his undergrad at the University of California Santa Cruz with a BA in Philosophy in 2015. He is currently working towards completing a professional certificate in Construction Management from the University of California Berkeley Extension. Nick has worked for the UC Santa Cruz police department as a student ambassador, for a start-up company Ring Delivered Inc. as the VP of Operations, as a construction laborer for the Jefferson Unified School district in Tracy CA, and currently holds a position as an Intern for RGM & Associates. Nick’s role is to shadow and assist the senior project manager and project engineer of RGM working at the Antioch Unified School District. Nick also handles daily administrative work such as tracking and logging RFI’s and submittals for current projects.
