The Horicon Elementary School is a new campus built to replace an aging school. RGM did a comprehensive review of the projects costs and finances and discovered a significant funding shortfall. Through extensive value engineering and additional State funding, the project was completed within the District’s financial capabilities. The 20,000 sq. ft. project includes an administrative building, 7 classrooms, a cafetorium with a full commercial kitchen and a raised stage, a library / media building, and nearly 9,700 sq. ft. of covered walkways.
